Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped.

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fee.

Lost packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
